To avoid holiday disappointment, be sure to place orders early and consider paying for premium postage options that will enhance delivery speed, allow trackability and provide insurance.

We strongly recommend utilizing Tracked Packet and Xpresspost shipping, which feature tracking and insurance. Standard, Small Packet Surface Mail, and Small Packet Air Mail options do not offer tracking or insurance, and cannot be tracked once they leave our warehouse. We appreciate that shipping costs have increased and continue to do so, but strongly recommend that you select shipping modes that offer tracking when placing orders over $15 value. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. 

For packages sent within Canada, please place orders by Dec 15, 2023.

For US-bound packages, please place orders by Dec 8, 2023.

Enhanced services such as Tracked Package or Xpresspost are strongly recommended at checkout.

Standard, Surface, and Air Mail options do not provide tracking or reliable delivery windows. Spare yourself additional seasonal stress if you can.

On-Time Delivery Guarantee doesn’t apply to items sent to or from air stage offices.

International delivery guarantees are currently suspended.
