Shipping policy

All orders are processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders containing Presale items may be processed in two shipments, with Presale items shipping when they become available. 


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


You can save the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Hamilton offices on specific dates and times. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the next available window. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. Customers ordering Presale items with Local Pickup will be advised of item availability via email when item becomes available. Our Local Pickup hours are 10am-2pm on Mondays and Wednesdays (holidays excepted). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sonic Unyon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate and follow up with you promptly.
