IMPORTANT: Shipping Paused Indefinitely As of Nov 15, 2024

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has announced it intends to begin a national strike on Friday, November 15 at 12:01 a.m. ET. Canada Post’s operations will shut down during a national strike.
Customers should expect delays
Customers will experience delays due to the strike activity. Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike, and some post offices will be closed. Service guarantees will be impacted for items already in the postal network. No new items will be accepted until the national disruption is over. Packages already in the Canada Post network may face delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we have no control over these shipments.
Items will be delivered as quickly as possible once operations resume
All mail and parcels in the postal network will be secured and delivered as quickly as possible on a first-in, first-out basis once operations resume. However, a national strike of any length will impact service well after the strike activity ends. Shutting down facilities across the country will affect Canada Post’s entire national network. Processing and delivery may take some time to fully return to normal.
Free local pickup option remains available
Customers in the Greater Golden Horseshoe area may opt to order for local pick-up, thereby avoiding shipping delays. Pickup is available Mondays and Wednesdays (holidays excepted) between 10am and 2pm, with pick-up location at Bridgeworks, 200 Caroline St. N., Hamilton L8R 0A6. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and customers will receive an email alerting them that their order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation number when you come to collect your order, and call or text 905-777-1223.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we navigate this situation together.
